Yes — when you sign up, you'll create a member account with your email and a password. This is how you log in to access the library each time you visit. Your account also holds your billing details and download history.
All clips are shot in 9:16 vertical format, optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories. They're shot with text overlays in mind, so backgrounds are never too busy — plenty of space to add your own branding, captions, or audio.
Click "Log in" in the top navigation of any Tidal Takes page. Enter your email and password and you'll land straight in the member library. Your session stays active for a while, but you may need to log back in on a new device or after clearing your browser data.

No limits at all. Download as many clips as you like, as often as you like, for as long as your membership is active. That's the whole point — you should never have to ration your content.
All clips download as MP4 files at full 4K resolution (1080×1920 vertical). The file you download is higher quality than the preview you see on the website — we compress the browser preview to keep the page loading fast, but the downloaded file is the full-quality master.
Yes — there's no limit on re-downloading. If you lose a file or want it again, just go back to the collection and download it again. The files are always there as long as your membership is active.
Yes. Any clip you downloaded while your membership was active is yours to keep using under the licence terms — even after cancellation. You just won't be able to access the library or download anything new without an active membership.

Monthly plans are charged on the same date each month. Annual plans are charged once a year. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we never store your card details directly. You'll get an email receipt after every payment.

We don't offer refunds once library access has been granted, since the content is immediately accessible.

Yes. The paid membership includes a full commercial and monetisation licence. You can use clips in sponsored posts, paid social ads, monetised YouTube or TikTok videos, client content, and any other commercial purpose. The licence travels with the clip once you've downloaded it.
No. The clips are licensed for your own use only — personal or commercial — but they cannot be resold, redistributed as stock footage, or sub-licensed. You also cannot share your login credentials with other people. Each membership is for a single user. See the full licence terms for detail.
Absolutely — we encourage it. Add filters, change the speed, trim them, layer them, add text overlays, merge multiple clips together, adjust the colour grade. The clips are shot with creative flexibility in mind. The more you make them your own, the better they'll fit your brand.
